Access where

Data is protected with an encrypted HTTPS connection and access based on each user’s role.
HTTPS connection
Communication between the browser and the application is encrypted with HTTPS.
Role-based access
Association data is available to authorised accounts, with different permissions for each role.
Two steps for administrators
Administrator accounts use an additional Authenticator code and have recovery codes available.
Each association has a separate data environment. This public presentation does not display real member details or financial records.
04 / FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Before you begin.
Is it only for dance associations?
It is designed for cultural and dance associations that organise members, groups, classes and events.
Do I need to install it on my phone?
DanceComLink opens in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Administrator sign-in additionally uses an Authenticator application.
How do I get access?
Contact DreamInTech to activate your association. Administrators and members receive their invitations; this public website does not create accounts.
Do I print a new QR for every class?
No. The QR belongs to the group and can stay on display. Checking in requires a member account, membership of the group and an open attendance register.
Are subscriptions automatically charged to a card?
Recording and confirming payments does not automatically charge a card. Available payment methods are shown inside the application according to the service configuration.
What does it cost?
